Ticks carry dangerous diseases that can spread to both people and pets. These can be quite expensive to treat! Checking your pet daily greatly increases the chances of finding and removing ticks before they transmit anything.
Buying In Bulk
Buying in bulk can also reduce costs. There is a sweet spot here, though, when it comes to food. Don’t get too much, as it may go bad before you can use it. It’s also important to properly store dry food.
DIY
Did you know that you can make many of your pet’s things yourself? You can make Fido a rope toy out of an old tee-shirt, or turn an old stepladder into a cat tower for Fluffy. There are plenty more ideas online. This is also a great way to keep the kids entertained!
